Charley in New Town, British Cartoon from 1948 about Town Planning

Charley and friends here seem to see no middle ground between 2 or 3-storey buildings and skyscrapers. Also, they like spaghetti-style road networks with more culs-de-sac than I’d be willing to support.

This was one of my favourite cartoons as a child. No winter was complete without it. Pretty much any 40s Disney cartoon was right up my proverbial alley, especially Chip n’ Dale Vs. Donald. I mean, look at that coat.
